Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do so I thought I would share a fairly quick casserole with you! The hardest part about this is peeling and slicing the potatoes!

Pork Chop Casserole


Pork Chops of your choosing (I use whatever is in the freezer at the time)
Sliced Potatoes
Cream Of Cheddar Soup
(Any other vegetables you want to use)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in baking dish, layer with potatoes and onions, pour Cheddar Soup over top, bake until pork is done and potatoes are tender! Normally about 35-45 minutes..
