  4. I learned that depending on the temperature and length of time the mattress has been packed, you should allow up to 48 hours for it to expand to its proper shape and size.

  5. I learned that I may need to replace my pillows. "Want to know if it is time to replace your pillow? Try folding one side over the other and quickly letting go. If the pillow doesn't bounce back immediately, it is time to replace your pillow. Most doctors recommend replacing your pillows every two years. [Oops, yeah mine should be changed then :o] This will prevent the pillows from losing support and also keep them looking and feeling fresh. These simple tricks will help improve your sleep, and leave you feeling great the next day!" Now who doesn't want to feel great in the morning? I know I sure would like to!
