We recently had the opportunity to review the Sweet Peek Video Baby Monitor for our new granddaughter. When my kids were smaller you didn't hear much of a video monitor so I was ecstatic to receive this. It definitely gives you a sense of comfort by being able to see the baby instead of just hearing her.
I feel a baby monitor is definitely a must when you have a new baby. First time Mom's especially have the tendency to sit with their new baby day and night and end up exhausting themselves. (I know I did, and seeing this same pattern with my daughter in law as well) The Sweet Peek is a great way to see your precious bundle of joy from anywhere in the house and still be able to get chores done.
One of my favorite features is the Two-Way Talk. If you're in the middle of something and can't break away right then, you can talk to your little one until you get there. The Sweet Peek also has built in lullabies to help soothe the baby. Have other little ones in the home? Not to worry. The Sweet Peek can accommodate up to 4 wireless baby cameras, allowing you to keep an eye on them all at once. (A feature I could definitely use for my teenagers or rambunctious pets)
Sweet Peek Monitor Includes:
2.4" Portable LCD Monitor
Crystal Clear Night Vision
Digital Zoom
Two-Way Talk
Soothing Lullabies
Built-In Nightlight
Crisp Sound
450 ft Outdoor Wireless Range
Accommodates up to 4 Cameras
Up to 8 Hours of Battery Life
The camera is slim and doesn't take up much space. It fits perfect on a mantle or wall shelf. Overall, we are completely pleased with our monitor. It gives us all the sense of security we need and the new Mom sanity knowing she can still see the sweet girl from anywhere in the house.
